Hamburg

 

Sauce recipe:
Hot water 50cc   --- Important! Do not use water!
3 large spoon of Ketchup
2 large spoon of Worcester sauce
1cm cube of butter
1 tea spoon of soy sauce
1 large spoon of wine/sake  --- red, white, whatever.

How to cook:
1:After cooking one side of hamburg and turning it upside down,
put all ingredients in the pan. Stir it. 

2:Cover the pan. Put cause on the meat a few times.

3:When juice from the meat becomes transparent, it's done!




 For info. Worceter sauce I use is like these.

Curry Udon

This is instant noodle. 200 yen for 2 portions. Very cheap.

 
How to cook:

1: Boil udon for 2 mins in 350ml of hot water. (I put onion, pumpkin and sliced pork, here)
2: Put soup and powder in it.
3: Cook 1.5 mins. Done!

Avocado and cream cheese toast


-1/4 avocado
-1 peace of cream cheese as in the photo
-a slice of bread
-Salt and pepper

1. Put crashed avocado and torn cream cheese on a sliced bread. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

2. Grill them in an oven till getting delicious-looking brown.

Done!

Ramen at home

Sometime I don't want to cook something, I make ramen.
This is an instant ramen.
3 mins for cooking.
 Noodle and soup is 100 yen or so.

 My favorite topping is cabbage, pork and wakame(sea weed).
Butter is also delicious.
I usually buy Sapporo Ichiban.
