Sauce recipe:
Hot water 50cc --- Important! Do not use water!
3 large spoon of Ketchup
2 large spoon of Worcester sauce
1cm cube of butter
1 tea spoon of soy sauce
1 large spoon of wine/sake --- red, white, whatever.
How to cook:
1:After cooking one side of hamburg and turning it upside down,
put all ingredients in the pan. Stir it.
2:Cover the pan. Put cause on the meat a few times.
3:When juice from the meat becomes transparent, it's done!
